I am quite keen to make my own letterpress equipment, as a the costs can be so high for printing equipment, and also I think it's nicer to make things yourself..more satisfying..
I just caved in and brought a book that I had recently been drooling over- LITTLE BOOK OF LETTERPRESS, by Charlotte Rivers and am feeling very inspired by it's contents.
Expect to see some of my drawings reproduced in letterpressed form relatively soon...

There seems to be a fair few tutorials on the web showing you how to make your own printing press, so it may be possible for me as soon as I get a new studio...with lots of space...
